1. How are you paid for your services?
We are paid for our time. We provide a proposal before we begin any project.

2. How do we get started on a project?
An initial meeting is held, free of charge, to determine the issues your company must consider when dealing with change. Once determined we provide you with a proposal for the work we could undertake.

3. How are you different from advertising agencies?
We do the work before an ad agency is involved. Imagine a very large corporation with a Strategic Marketing department that outlines the strategy that an advertising agency will follow. Banda Marketing Group works as an outsourced Strategic Marketing department for business owners.

After the marketing plan is complete, our clients often require the services of companies such as ad agencies or direct mail firms. Many of our clients hire us to work with these suppliers on their behalf. However, we do not mark up supplier prices and invoices are sent directly from the supplier to the client.
