Darrell Nordstrom, Dale Berg and Jim Nellis specialize in helping established business owners in Saskatchewan manage the financial complexities of personal and business life. These three advisors have built an established and well-respected business in the financial industry.

Project Profile
Operating in a relationship-based industry, these advisors wanted information on how to enhance their client's experience. We conducted interviews with some of their most valuable clients. We received candid feedback on improvements that could be made to the overall business and practical changes that could enhance the client relationship. We then used the information to prepare a coordinated marketing plan aimed at growing the practice. The plan addressed issues such as brand image, building relationships with current clients and attracting prospective clients. Since our initial work in early 2001, we have worked closely with Regency to implement the plan.
