Established in 2003, Perry Industries has successfully designed and produced a number of innovative and efficient products for the home renovation, agriculture and construction industries.

Project Profile
Our work with Perry Industries helped the company launch a series of new products. Banda Marketing Group conducted focus group sessions and personal interviews with target customers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers to determine the marketability of each product. This information provided Perry Industries with valuable insight as to how they could improve their current prototypes in order to increase the chance of success once the products were launched into the market. The information was also used to prepare a comprehensive strategic marketing plan, addressing issues such as pricing and margin structures, establishing a sales force and distribution network, and product packaging.
