Client Profile
With over 25 years in business, this established boutique retailer
has a high level of awareness and a reputation for quality service,
products and installation. The flooring industry has evolved dramatically
over the last decade with competition increasing from big-box
retailers and more educated and savvy customers.
Project Profile
Although business was thriving, Jeff Braid felt the time was right
for his company to restructure its approach to marketing. We undertook
a thorough analysis of the company's target market and competitive
position, and developed a focused marketing plan. To help execute
the plan, we worked closely with a graphic design firm to convey
a professional and modern visual image. We have since helped execute
several promotions outlined in the plan, including development
of sales support materials and a website designed to fit closely
into the customer's purchase process.
