Project Profile
In the relationship-driven oil and gas industry, the company's sales force is the fundamental driver behind company revenues. Aircom wanted to more effectively support the company's sales force with a coordinated marketing effort. A comprehensive review of the entire business model was undertaken, including an in-depth analysis of the company's margins and sales approach to each segment. We then helped implement a wide array of changes such as restructuring the company's sales force management process and completely redesigning the company's promotions and sales force support materials.
